We collect information you give us directly when you enquire about a course, book a demo class, register for a webinar, apply for placement support, or contact us. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, city, educational qualification, current status (student or working professional), the course you are interested in, and your preferred mode and start date.

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange demo classes and counselling calls, send you course details and batch schedules, process admissions, provide placement support, and improve our services and advertising.

Our admissions counsellors may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your enquiry.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example our CRM software, email and messaging providers, and advertising platforms), with hiring partners when you opt in to placement drives, and where required by law. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

We keep enquiry and admission records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Lead information received from Meta is stored in our CRM and retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you enrol in a course, in which case it becomes part of your student record.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to adarsh@be-practical.com or calling +91 92420 79119. We will act on verified requests within 30 days. You can also manage the data you share with advertisers through your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

To request deletion of data we received from Facebook or Instagram, email adarsh@be-practical.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the phone number or email you used on the lead form. We will delete the record from our systems and confirm to you by email.

We use access-controlled systems, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and staff-level permissions to protect your information. No method of storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access.

Our courses are intended for students and professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with the date of the last update.
